1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and okx8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://okx8.bet ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the okx8 Platform — including the sportsbook, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, wallet, or customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, close your account. okx8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the okx8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. okx8 strictly prohibits access by persons under 18. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of local custom or parental consent.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Residency and access: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which you access it. okx8 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or permissible in all jurisdictions.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of okx8, nor a close family member of any such person. Such persons are prohibited from holding a player account or placing real-money wagers on the Platform.

okx8 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) process that requires documentary verification of age and identity before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID). Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to okx8's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution. If verification confirms that the account holder was under 18 at the time of registration, the account will be closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the real-money features of the okx8 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active okx8 account. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where okx8 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings in the duplicate accounts may be voided at okx8's discretion. The player's primary account may also be subject to review.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents.
• Log out of your okx8 account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact okx8 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

okx8 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any message claiming to be from okx8 and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team. All activity carried out through your account while your credentials are valid is deemed authorised by you, unless you have previously notified okx8 of a suspected breach.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

okx8 operates a tiered KYC verification process. Basic account functions — including deposits and gameplay — are available upon registration. However, withdrawal requests and certain higher-value transactions require completion of identity verification. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following: a copy of your Bangladesh National ID card, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and a selfie photograph holding your ID document. okx8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Processing of withdrawal requests will be paused until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okx8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and City Bank. Additional banking options may be made available from time to time. The current list of active payment methods is always displayed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 per transaction.
• Deposit timing: Mobile money deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your okx8 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Own funds only: All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits funded from third-party accounts — including those of friends, family members, or businesses — are not permitted and may trigger an investigation under our anti-money laundering procedures.
• No credit: okx8 does not extend credit to players. All wagers must be funded from an available real-money balance in your okx8 wallet.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Verification requirement: KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. See Section 3.4.
• Withdrawal destination: Withdrawals will be sent only to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, unless okx8's compliance team has approved an alternative in writing.
• Processing time: Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Bonus funds: Withdrawal requests will be assessed against any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus balances before processing. See Section 6 for bonus terms.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okx8 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform any currency conversion. Players attempting to deposit in currencies other than BDT will have their transactions declined automatically.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the okx8 sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules published for each sport and market type. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a bet, the decision of okx8's trading department is final. Key general principles that apply to all sportsbook activity include:

• Bets are binding once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after placement, except where okx8 expressly offers a cash-out feature for a specific market.
• okx8 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time, including reducing existing bet limits for individual accounts that display patterns consistent with professional arbitrage or match exploitation.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors"), okx8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet. A palpable error is defined as a price clearly inconsistent with true market value at the time of placement.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to delays and temporary suspension during key moments (e.g., wicket reviews, DRS referrals in cricket). Bets accepted during such suspensions may be voided at okx8's discretion.

5.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer tables available on the okx8 Platform are provided by third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been tested and audited for fairness. The applicable Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel.

okx8 is not responsible for software malfunctions, disconnections, or errors originating from a game provider's platform. In the event of a confirmed technical fault, the game provider's logs will be used to determine the correct resolution, which may include voiding affected rounds and returning stakes.

5.3 Crash Games

Crash games including Aviator (by Spribe) use a provably fair algorithm that allows players to independently verify each round's result. The provably fair hash values are published in the game interface. okx8 does not control or influence crash game outcomes in any way. Players participate in crash games at their own risk and are advised to set personal stake limits before each session.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

okx8 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all okx8 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available only to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria, which may include account verification status, deposit history, or geographic location within Bangladesh.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free bets that are not used within the validity period will be removed from the account automatically.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Minimum odds: Free bets and sportsbook bonus funds may only be used on markets meeting a minimum odds threshold as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed at lower odds will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• okx8 right to amend: okx8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a player has already opted into a promotion before modification, the terms in place at the time of opt-in will apply, except where changes are required for legal compliance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the okx8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or accessing the Platform using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit sportsbook pricing, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or scrape data from the Platform without okx8's express written permission.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes and failing to report them to okx8 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing or any form of sports corruption in connection with events available for betting on the okx8 sportsbook.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or third-party payment accounts.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okx8 staff, other players, or any person in connection with Platform use.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by okx8

okx8 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where okx8 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• A regulatory, compliance, or anti-money laundering review is required.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion period (see our Responsible Gaming page).

During a suspension, the account holder will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or request withdrawals. okx8 will communicate the reason for suspension where legally permitted to do so and will aim to resolve investigations promptly.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your okx8 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before processing account closure, okx8 will confirm your identity and check for outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonuses. Remaining real-money balances (net of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following completion of all applicable checks, which may take up to 5 business days.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for health or personal reasons may request a voluntary self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent account closure are available. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to override the exclusion. 8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okx8's total liability to any player arising from or connected to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. okx8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be construed and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law as applied to online gaming operations. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact okx8 support to seek an informal resolution. okx8 commits to reviewing all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure set out in your account agreement.

8.6 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

8.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and okx8 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
